Generally my office hours are 8 AM - Noon and 1 - 5 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
If you have not filled out new-patient paperwork prior to your appointment, you must arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to complete that. This paperwork is available to print out on this web site so that you can complete it at home prior to your appointment.

I am developing a secure e-mail system. I have worked with patients via e-mail for over 15 years. It is a wonderful tool for general questions and even to help patients manage their chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. For now you must be aware that e-mail is not secure. Your employer may read your e-mail, as may others using your computer. Also, just a reminder that e-mail is for casual communications - not urgent matters. If you need a situation addressed quickly, call us. If you are having chest pain, shortness of breath, signs of a stroke, etc, go to the nearest ER!
